As your property management company, we will visit the house once or twice per month to check the house (trees down, water leaks, etc.) and handle maintenance and repairs, as well as meeting service providers and scheduling furniture deliveries. You get peace of mind knowing your investment is in good hands.
RATES FOR CONDO & HOME VISIT
Condo Visit - Once per Month - 65$ / Twice per Month - 130$
Home Visit - Once per Month - 125$ / Twice per Month - 250$
RATE FOR MEETING SERVICE PROVIDER / DELIVERY PERSON(S) - 30$
SOS - EMERGENCY VISIT (UPON REQUEST) - 50$
We love animals as much as you do! We offer pet care as well, including watching, feeding, and walking your favorite little friends. You get peace of mind knowing your loved ones (pets) are in good hands.

$30 per day (2 visits feed/let out/walk)
$60 overnight (guarantee 10-12 hours)
